William Beagley

August 12, 1936 - January 16, 2022

William Beagley, son of Jerry and Grace (Davidson) Beagley, was born at the family farm on August 12, 1936, in Lookout, OK. Bill was the 8th and last surviving child of Jerry and Grace. He passed away at Share Medical Center in Alva, OK on January 16, 2022. William, known to all as "Bill," was a hard-working trucker and diesel mechanic most of his life. He enjoyed fixing cars and woodworking. He was an avid fan of both the St. Louis Cardinals, and the Denver Broncos, and collected toy farm tractors. He graduated high school in Freedom, OK in 1955. On August 17, 1957, Bill married Glynda Martin of Buffalo, OK, and to this union, they have two children: Ken and Tammay. Bill is preceded in death by his wife Glynda Beagley in June of 2013. They shared 56 years of marriage. Bill is survived by his children: Ken Beagley of Celina, OH, and Tammay Ragan and husband Philip of Winfield, KS. Five grandchildren: Josh and Kathryn of Moore, OK; Joah Beagley and wife Katie of Kansas City, MO; Jeff Beagley and wife Ruth of Springfield, MO; Jon Beagley of Nashville, TN, and Ashleigh Ragan of Wichita, KS, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and other family and friends. The family plans to have a private service at a later date.
